Create Account – WM Paperless Employee

If you are a new or first-time user, you first have to create an account in the WM Paperless Employee Self-Service Portal to access your employer’s services.. Otherwise, you won’t be able to log in to the employee self-service portal to view Pay Statements and Year-End Tax Statements.

When you provide information through the paperless employee WM portal, you should be aware that your information may be transmitted across the Internet and no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we take reasonable security measures to protect your information when we receive it, you also need to ensure you take appropriate steps to protect your information.

First-time or New User? Create an Account:

Step 1: Visit the WM Paperless Employee Portal website at https://www.paperlessemployee.com/wm/PE/Login.

Step 2: Click the “Create Account” link at https://www.paperlessemployee.com/wm/PE/CreateAccount

Step 3: Fill in the fields with your 9 digits of Social Security Number ((SSN) where it cannot start with “000” or “666”.

Step 4: Provide your 6 digits, Employee ID, and Date of birth as an example: 123456mmddyyyy.

Step 5: For the ‘I’m not a robot’ section, please read the statement carefully and check all of the corresponding images. If you don’t get it right the first time, you can try it again until you get it right.

Step 6: Now you have to provide your personal information according to First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, address, etc.

Note: Middle name is optional; only first and last names are required. The User ID is the username you will use to log in. Please follow the hints/tips regarding the user ID and password requirements. You will have to enter the password twice to confirm it. When you’re done, click ‘Create Account.’

Step 7: Then create your unique User ID and Password as login credentials, following the instructions and requirements carefully.

Step 8: Answer three security questions for your future security, then provide and verify your contact information according to the system’s instructions. Finally, select your electronic statement notification option. And how you want to receive your pay statements.

NOTE: Once you’ve completed this step, your username and password have been saved in the system. If you close the window or need to continue later, you can return to the WM Paperless Employee Self-Service Portal at any anytime and log in using the username and password to continue setting up your account.
